Busyness
My question for God:
How can i overcome empty busyness?

A moment with God:
All our busy rushing ends in nothing. [Psalm 39:6]
Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon, for you don't know if profit will come from one activity or another - or maybe both. [Ecclesiastes 11:6]
Be careful how you live. Don't live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunities in these evil days. Don't act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do... Be filled with the Holy Spirit [Ephesians 5: 15-18]

-----------------------
Rich harvests cannot come from idle hands. Getting a job done require work. Busyness becomes dangerous only if your activities replace real accomplishment or if you are neglecting God or the people in your care. The key to overcoming empty busyness is to be fully productive for God. You do this by understanding his call and purpose for life and prioritising your activities around them. God empowers you to make the most of the time he's given you.
-----------------
'God empowers you to make the most of the time he's given you.'
Am i doing that- making the most of the time?
Or am i just wasting my time away,
doing nothing, playing the computer, sleeping...
I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO.
TO PUT A STOP TO ALL THESE.
I HAVE NEITHER DISCIPLINE NOR A STRONG WILL-POWER.
i fall asleep even before doing what is supposed to be done.
and it's getting from bad to worse.
i worry, but all the worrying is done inside my head, and not put down into actions.
bleh. i would rather be super busy with super lots of things to do.
at least i get a sense of accomplishment out of these busy stuff.

TEACH US TO REALISE THE BREVITY OF LIFE. SO THAT WE MAY GROW IN WISDOM. [Psalms 90:12]
